Frequently asked questions.
What areas do you serve?
Primary Service Area:
Telluride and scrounging mesas. We do charge travel time for remote locations. Secondary Service Areas: Norwood and Ridgway will limited availability. We do service High Rise Properties out of our typical areas of service, but we do charge travel, lodging, and per diem per worker. This may include airfare, special equipment purchase for access, equipment transport or shipping, vehicle rental etc.
Are you insured?
Yes, please head to our documents page in our footer menu for proof of insurance.
Do I need to be home during my service?
NO, you do not need to be home for us to service your property. We often work solo. If the work requires inside access, we are responsible for access codes, etc (we do not permanently recode them—we use them and out they go—erased). If you use a caretaker, we are happy to coordinate with them for access.
Is my roof/window too high for you to service?
There is NO roof too high for us to access. We specialize in accessing difficult-to-reach locations. We have removed snow from the Peaks and washed the windows on the Las Vegas Stratosphere (980’ high and overhung like a diamond in the rough.
How far in advance do I need to book?
For Window Washing, we book up for May and June in mid to late April. Beyond that it is best to book 3 to 4 weeks out—we have more date flexibility this way. For last-minute requests, we do the best we can, but can’t always accommodate.
What happens in case of damage in our out of the home?
If we damage any property, we take a picture and communicate immediately with you regarding such damage. We take full responsibility for any items or property damage. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, such as old screens or pre-existing holes in the roofing material.
How often should I clear my roof of snow?
It depends on your location and issue areas of the roof. We would need to take a look and make a service plan for your property.
How often should I wash my windows?
We recommend a minimum of Twice per year for the exterior windows. Once in Spring or Mid Summer and once in Fall or late Fall (we shut down window washing in late November or early to mid-December depending on snow accumulation and temperature. For interior windows, we recommend getting them washed at least once per year. This prevents the build-up of bug debris and fogging of the glass. It also allows us to clean out debris from inside screens.
What other services do you offer?
We offer gutter cleaning in the fall after the leaves have fallen. But we point out that gutter cleaning can dirty the windows below, so we need to make sure that if we are going to clear the gutters of debris, we do it before you plan to have your Fall / Late Fall window cleaning. We also offer visual roof inspection and PDF report with complete with photos and recommended work to be performed. We offer basic roof repairs if requested. Examples: tightening or replacing roofing screws, patching of small pre-existing holes in roofing material (not wood).
What services do you not offer?
We do not install gutters. We do not repair inoperable windows. We do not build/replace screens. We do not replace window glass. We are not a roofing company and do not repair or replace damaged roofing.
Do you offer power washing services?
For a limited time.
